I have been thinking a lot lately about the profound shift that is taking place in the way we communicate and interact as humans on this planet. This blog entry traces my observations regarding the evolution of communication over the last decade. It includes a video by Kansas State cultural anthroplogist Michael Wesch. The video briefly traces (without using spoken words) the history of the human relationship with communication technology.

The Letters From Leavers blog came together so well that my seminary classmate, Tim Bower, and I decided to take on a similar idea for our final project in our Theology & Hip Hop Culture course at Fuller. The web site is called "In The Remix." Like LFL, it is meant to be a shared blog open to the public.

I created a website for the final project in one of my seminary courses. I partnered with one of my classmates (Tim Bower) on this project. The site is called "Letters From Leavers." The goal was to create a web space where people that have left the Christian church may write a letter telling their story of leaving.
